For online returns :

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. 

We do not offer store credit, refunds or exchanges on Sale items unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Please take a photo of the fault and email us with the details to be able to assess the fault at

Items must be returned in the original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our boutique. However, in the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt of the item back to us at HQ.

Purchases made at the Boutique :

We don’t offer change of mind refunds or exchanges for purchases made at our boutique.

Faulty items must be returned within 28 days of purchase to receive a full refund or store credit.

All returns exclude postage costs.
