All orders are shipped via Australia Post using the Parcel Post service.
We offer Free postage for standard orders and Express postage for $10.
Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order.
Estimated delivery time within Australia is 3-5 business days.
Or 1-2 business days if you have selected EXPRESS POST.
We also offer FREE PICK UP from our boutique located in Cheltenham, Victoria.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us via email email@example.com with your full name and order details and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Your delivery may take a little longer during busy periods so please be patient.

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. This applies to on online purchases only not showroom sales.
Items must be returned in the original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our boutique. However, in the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange.
All returns exclude postage costs.
