Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kathryn by Kathryn. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Online Orders (Full-Priced Items
You may return full-priced items for a full refund, exchange, or store credit if:
- The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To begin a return, please email us at kathrynbykathryn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless the item has a manufacturing fault.
If you believe your item is faulty:
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase with a photo and description of the fault at kathrynbykathryn@gmail.com.
- We will assess the fault and, if confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will cover return postage and provide a full refund, exchange, or store credit upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
General Terms
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees.
- Store credit is issued as a digital gift card valid for 12 months.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
